Hello World

Well, this is my first post on this thing and probably my last for a while. I only created this thing because Jon said I should and well, I'm a sucker for peer pressure. Anyway, I'm on vacation right now, visiting my family in Nebraska. I've been here less than 24 hours and I already dread going back to VA. I know work is going to be a disaster and have me begging for another break in no time. Thankfully that will come about 2 weeks after I get back when they remodel the store (I work at Subway btw). So far my vacation is going awesome! It's so good to spend time with my family, especially my niece and nephew. It's hell traveling with a 3 month old though. Ryan did really well on the planes, he slept a lot. The hardest part is all the douchebags that don't pay attention to where they're going and of course nearly end up running into me, the only person around carrying a baby. That and he weighs a good 15 lbs. and I had to carry/hold him for about 9 hours. He wasn't too thrilled about that either. He's been having fun with Charisma and Cody though. He was a little scared of everyone at first but once he realized that I wasn't going anywhere he was ok. In just about a month Jon will FINALLY be home! I'm excited for that. I'm ready to have some help with..everything. I'll admit though, it will take some getting used to. For now I'm going to enjoy my break from "real life." Diana and I are going to see Saw V tonight. It will be like old times. Friday we're taking the kiddos trick-or-treating. It will be Ryan's first Halloween and first holiday of any kind. I wish Jon was here for it. This weekend we're all going to Hastings to see my extended family. That will be fun having like 7 kids ranging from 10 years old to 3 months old all in the same place at some point. Not to mention all of their parents...hehe. Well, Ryan is getting sleepy and cranky so that's my que to go. Til next time....
